If you are happy in your existing seat at the 2019/20 price, then all you need to do is renew your seat. When you renew your seat, you will need to decide whether to make payment in full or renew your Direct Debit. If you are on automatic Direct Debit, you won't need to do anything.
From 10am on Thursday 30 May until 8pm on Sunday 9 June, you can pay with all major debit and credit cards and we do not charge a fee for using these. You can also pay by cash. In addition, we offer the facility for supporters to pay for their Seasoncards by Direct Debit. No interest, no administration charge, no fuss, no problem.
If you wish to relocate, you should either renew your existing seat as above or allow your seat to be auto-renewed. You will then be given the opportunity to relocate from your existing seat from 9am until 8pm on Friday 14 June either online at mancity.com/tickets or by calling Supporter Services on +44 (0)161 444 1894 (Option 6). Any remaining seats may be offered to supporters with Cityzens Matchday membership after this date.
Disabled supporters who wish to relocate their seat should call the Disabled Ticket Line on 0161 444 1894 (Option 1, 2, 2) or visit the Etihad Stadium Ticket Office to discuss their seating requirements in more detail. Every effort will be made to accommodate requests, subject to availability.
You should renew your existing seat in the current renewals window. Then in the relocations window, you can switch to an available seat of your choice. If you do relocate, depending on the price of your new seat being lower or higher in value, you will either be refunded the difference or will have to pay the additional cost.
